• If in case the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can either exchange or return the product within 7 days of purchase
  • Return Shipping charges to be borne by the Customer.
  • This option is not applicable for products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, and other products that are purchased using promotional codes and discount coupons.
  • In case of exchange of products within 7 days of purchase, 100% of the Invoice value can be claimed. (Subject to Physical evaluation of Jewellery)
  • However NO RETURNS for products like Gold Coins, Silver Articles, Gold Rakhi and Customized Jewellery

  • In case of a return, once the process is initiated we would send a “Return Packaging Kit” (RPK) for you to pack and handover the same to the courier personnel
  • The return / pick up process will take 7-10 days. Kindly make note of the receipt number for safety purposes.
  • Kindly make sure that the product is not damaged and the tags are intact along with the bill
  • Once we receive the product, it goes through a complete quality check based on which our team would get in touch with you
  • While refunding for the returned jewel, shipping charge, processing fee and bank transaction charges shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be credited to the bank account through the same payment mode which was used by the customer to purchase.
  • Once the product clears the quality check, the refund process would be initiated post document verification. In case the product does not clear the quality check process, then the refund may not be valid
  • Refund process would take 10 working days post confirmation
  • Sri Krishna Nagai Maligai reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team

  • For International Transactions, The order cannot be cancelled. In case the customer wants to cancel, they need to bear the cancellation charges and the other payment gateway and conversion charges.
  • Return policy is not applicable for orders shipped to outside India. If the customer insists on the order to be refunded, the shipping charges, the re-import charges, and the customs clearance charges will be borne by the customer. The order cannot be canceled under any circumstance once the product is given to the logistics company. Also, the value of the jewels will be valued as per the day of import or the order whichever is less. For all International orders, Sri Vasavi is liable till the products are cleared in Customs and the jewels are handed out to the logistics company in India.
